I have never left a review like this. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Wil's for a watch battery. The owner was very rude. As other customers walked in, you could hear him moan in disgust. As I was waiting, an older gentleman waited for his repair. When he asked the owner if he should wait or come back, the owner replied, "Well if I keep getting distractions (referring to his customers as distractions) then it would be some time. He then told me that even with a new battery my watch was not working. He told me that he was too busy to look at and I would have to leave it with him. I was very irate at this point and told him to give me my watch back. Rolling his eyes at me, he gave me my watch. I then went to another jeweler done the street. They put a new battery in and it is working fine! A jeweler who tells customers they are distractions and obviously doesn't know how to replace watch battery!

This guy is great. He has done several repairs for me and he has some interesting things behind the counter for sale. He is courteous, honest and has the expertise to get your job done. Thanks for the great earrings and earring repairs, Wil!
