Spirit Works Distillery is a grain-to-glass facility located in The Barlow in downtown Sebastopol producing Vodka, Gin, Sloe Gin and Whiskey. We bring in whole. organic California grain which we mill, mash, ferment, distill, and bottle, entirely onsite. Tasting Room visitors are welcome to come by without advance reservations, sample our products, and find out more about what we do! We also offer tours Friday-Sunday at 5pm for $20 per person which includes a full tasting of our spirits and lasts about one hour.
