great customer service! The store was packed as always yet the reps did everything they could to get everybody in and out! Happy to do business with them!

Dont waste your time and or money. Nothing but LIES. They say whatever they have to to make the sale then they wont back anything up. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT STORE

went in to buy a phone Feb 16, Richard stated out helping me, very knowledgeable. Next people wanted to do phone swap. New guy, Matthew could not handle that, so is pushed off on me. He has to constantly ask Richard ?? and I am getting more and more alarmed and a little PO'd at being pushed off on an idiot. 1 week later, no phone when I call AND i have ordered business cards for my new business. Feb 23 go into office, I find out the MORON typing my order has transposed numbers. MY NEW NUMBER BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE. Also had name AND address wrong. Somebody owes me for BUSINESS cards and STILL cant find the F'ING phone!!! WOW!!! Wish I had see these reviews sooner!!

AWFUL SERVICE and LIES

BEWARE DO NOT USE THE SEBRING AT&T STORE!!! THEY LIE AND SCAM! I was told by Fran I was getting a Samsung s5 and free tablet they are advertising in the store. Then she claimed no where in FL had the tablet. Not true. Got the same deal from another store. She then offered the LG tablet she told was an awful tablet. Then because I wanted to speak to the manager she wanted to call the police.. seriously??? That store is a joke! And you'll wait 3 hrs to get agents that can't help you. I've never had a good experience there and will never go back!

Store Experience

Terrible customer service by the young woman with long dark hair who serviced us. She talked so fast we couldn't understand her. We asked her to please speak more slowly and then she started talking down to us. We wanted a replacement phone but when she started reading off the details AFTER she sold us what we thought was another 16gb like the old phone we had, she said we never said 16gb, and she had written us up for an 8gb. Then she started blaming us for the error, and said we had to pay a $35 restock fee to change the order to a 16gb!! I called ATT right there and the agent on the phone said she would remove the fee. Meanwhile the store agent continued treating us like we were inept, she never apologized, and it was the WORST experience I've ever had with ATT. And I've had ATT for over 20 yrs. very disappointing and unhappy experience. I recommend anyone needing ATT service in Sebring, please drive to Lake Placid or anywhere else but this store in Sebring, FL.
