I will never go dine here. The gm is a mean human I worked there and he had a different set of rules for me. Other employees could eat and drink ont the sale floor. He ate all daylong. But I wasn't allowed. Among other rules custom madefor meHis pets work the busiest shifts and he only gave me 4 tiny tables. He has a female and male asst mgrs who r as afraid of him as the servers.he engages in double standard of rules. The 2 assistant managers will set u up so the don't look bad. Wednesday july23 I was the only server as my help had left the premisis although we aren't allowed to. I had 5 tables and told an elderly man and his

Son I'd be rihht back to get hs order as was only sever. They never mad eye contact. The second server clocked in and went to those guys table. I was busy and jesse yelled why did u tell them u weren't going to take their order? I didnt tell them that. Both asst mgrs were there which is odd but they told us not to discuss Denny business on th floor. Fine by me I do as I'm told. There was a table wih a young couple that told me they had heard me say I would be right back to take their order and these 2 men had lied and they wanted the mgr to know I was doing my job correctly. Richard (asst mgr) asked how their service had been to which they replied "excellent" It made the manager mad and he sent me and the male server home. I saw the customers later at the walmart and asked them why they said that untrue story and the oldest one confessed the female asst mgr -Samantha hsd given him $10 dollars to do it.plus free meal trying to ensure I lost my job.he wouldn't give me his name. So here I sit unemployed. What can legally be done to correct this.

I have tried to see somewsy this could be condoned and cannot. and I feel I have been discriminated against because I am a white, older lady who , unlike the female asst mgr and oter female who just got there (christina)and the waitress they called in to replace me and the waiter involved (vickki) are both lesbians and I think the female asst mgr is also. I hope a lawyer sees this a and can help me. Discrimination of any kind is wrong. The male asst mgr (rick) was always telling me I was doing a good job. I need help please what happened is wrong. Thank you.
