Very unprofessional. The man that did them for me today waxed half of my eyebrow off . I've been going there for about 3 years now and this is the first time this happens. I am very unsatisfied with the results.

Very unprofessional. Not by one owner but both Sonny and Heather. Had a bad experience after I've been going to the salon for many years. Heather attemtped to handle the situation. When I went to the salon to rectify the matter Heather was not there so I asked for Sonny. He looked at me like I had two heads and promptly ignored me. He made no attempt whatsoever to speak with me.

I'm angry and my feelings are hurt. I was a loyal customer. I will never return. Its bad enough that when you with or without an appt. You are kept waiting at least 30 minutes. They could care less. They are arrogant and rude. Take your Vietnamese selves back to your not land of plenty. Shame on you and your staff. There are OTHER salons that appreciate the importance of their customers and the respect as such that they desserve.

I was very pleased, fast and very professional.
