The bedrooms are super small yet they want over a grand for rent. The grounds are kept nice and the clubhouse is nice too. But the rent for the size of the rooms is just ridiculous.

The walls are very thin. My next door neighbor i believe has a mental health problem he makes a lot of noises banging on things and i can hear him snoring every night. My apartment was infested with roaches a few weeks after i moved in. We also had a issue with the building smoke detectors going off through out the and had to evacuate 3 times in one week. The yes energy bill is a joke i barely used the heat and was being charged every month the rate went up. They are letting a lot of foreigners move in. When my lease is up in 6 months i will not be renewing it. Sometimes u have to call the maintenance more than once to come fix issues. I also had a problem with the heaters making weird noises throughout the night.

Disgusting laundry room (very dirty with broken washers), there was real swamp inside after storm, and nobody cares, during last month heating system was broken twice, first time was fixed in 3 days, this time I hope faster! In leasing agreement there is NOTHING about how fast they will fix issues, so agreement only protect apartments owner! Horrible noise from heating pipes at night time and early morning, probably because of issues with heating. Leaves was cleaned from sidewalk after about 1m! Very thin walls in apartments! Mouses and roaches sometimes )). No personal heating/water meter. I will not renew my lease. I think it's there are better options around Philly.

This apartment complex has a mice problem. Also the utilities are based on an average and not by your apt. We are still paying for heat in the middle of the summer. The maintenance workers enter the apartment without our permission. The response time is poor for the workers to respond to a request. The washers and dryers were breaking down most of the time. The payment process does not allow you to pay at their office only online payment.
