EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. Not only did they not deliver as promised, they lied about attempting to deliver twice but no one was home. I gave them another chance and again, no delivery, no call. I finally called the original merchart only to find out that they use them as a third party carrier. I wonder why they are "third party". The merchart was very disappointed and most likely will cancel the contract with them. Needless to say, I cancelled my order.

Buyers be aware....if you hear apex express...Run!

Useless customer service.

Although not perfect, our company has always strived to make all of our customers satisfied with our performance. Unprofessional

I recently had to have a copy machine moved from one business location to another and Apex was hired as a third party mover. I was supposed to be informed of when they were coming to pick up the machine but never received a phone call. I called to complain and was met by rude, unprofessional staff who passed the blame on to another company. Overall a bad experience.

Unreliable with lazy customer service

I received a call on Tuesday saying that my delivery would arrive Wednesday. They wanted to make sure I'd be home. It was an important delivery, so I cleared my Wednesday schedule and pushed all of my appointments to later in the week. I also requested that they call me before they arrive to make sure I'd be home for the delivery and they assured me they would. I stayed home and around my neighborhood all day, phone by my side, to make sure I'd receive my delivery. No phone call and no delivery. I finally called them at 6PM and was placed on hold for quite some time. Then the same lady picked up the phone and asked if she could help me. I asked my question again and was put on hold again. Finally she came back to tell me that the driver couldn't make it and was on his way back from Manhattan to Jersey. No one bothered to tell me that I could stop waiting, even though they could have called me. I was told that the driver would try the delivery tomorrow. Unfortunately, I can't move my appointments again. For their inconsideration, I'm so angry I'd like to keep confirming delivery and just not be home to receive them.
