Horrible, the places are in great need of upgrades, communication with anyone at central properties is terrible, the walls are paper thin.. NO ONE picks up after their dogs, they let a lot of college kids live there, as well as they never give deposits back.. I would never rent from them again and highly encourage others not to as well..

DO NOT RENT FROM CENTRAL PROPERTIES! We lived at 711 N College in Warrensburg, MO for 3 years and were NEVER satisfied with them. The landlord was never available when we called and when we left messages, we hardly ever received a call back. It took them MONTHS to even install fire alarms for us. Everything in our apartment was terribly old. The windows and doors were so drafty, our AC and furnace were constantly running. The windows leaked every time we had a strong rain or heavy snow and we reported this at least twice, only to be told it "wasn't an issue". It also "wasn't an issue" that more than half of our windows didn't have screens in them so we couldn't even open our windows when the weather was nice. In the Spring/Summer, the grass regularly grew up close to knee level before it was mowed and in the Winter, we ALWAYS had to dig ourselves out (shoveling sidewalks and stairs) whenever it snowed. We moved out of our apartment two months ago and we are still waiting on whatever deposit they decide we should get back. We know, for a fact, that someone else has already moved in to the same apartment. We called to Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and they said several complaints have been filed for the exact same reasons.



Bottom line - I would NOT recommend renting from this company/landlord.
