Please understand that when you signed your contract with ODOM Rentals, you agreed to make your payments on time every month. The contract is printed at the time of sale and does not change at any point in time there after. I would like to also point out that you were actually three months behind on your payment and the rental company notified you prior to the driver coming to repossess the building. You cannot list rental property under a bankruptcy. When you fall behind on your payments, your contract is void (as stated in the contract). You were technically three payments behind and listed the rental property in a bankruptcy, which also voids your contract.
