Quality work. I had no issues with Rick or his customer service. It may have taken a while before a crew started on our house but it was worth the wait

We have used R&L in the past with great results, but recently things have changed. The most recent job we contracted with R&L for, was gutters. We were asked to make a prepayment of $800.00 (never required in the past), but six months of excuses later, when the work still had not been started, and R&L was not returning our calls. We hired an attorney to get our money back. $700.00 in my pocket is better than $800.00 gone. I gave them one star, only because if you can get them there, they do good work.

Rick will tell the peolpe what they want to hear to get the job. but I have seen Him change his mind and do things differant. rick doesn't have all his employees do the job the same way so it depends on what crew you get if its done right.
