I decided that I would wait to write a review regarding Beth Ann until I had time to think about what I really wanted to say. Its been about 3 months since our contract has ended and I still feel the same way. This Realtor was very rude and unprofessional. I had asked her to come to my home because we were needing to sell the house to move. I was embarrassed when she first showed up because, I admit, my house was a little bit of a mess from packing up extra things around the house. She seemed nice and personable saying, 'don't worry, I understand.' We decided to enter a 4 month contract. The following weekend I called to ask if she would come take pictures of the inside since I had packed away the extra things to make my home seem larger. She asked if I was sure because she didn't want to come down if things were still 'here and there like last time.' You don't say things like that to a client. Its rude. Then I took the pictures and sent them to her because she didn't come out to do them herself. Every time i spoke to her on the phone, she sounded as if I was wasting her time and that my home wasn't worth her effort. I ALWAYS called her after a showing to ask if there were any questions or if there was anything I needed to do. Once, she said in a one line email, 'the guy kept stepping in dog poop.' I wrote back apologizing that it had been raining so I hadn't gone outside to scoop and it would be better next time. No response. She never offered to have an open house until the last week of her contract. Her emails were always unprofessional with no greeting or ending. It felt as if she didn't want to make an effort. Overall, I thought she was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Another opinion of a person I know was similar. I ran a daycare at the time and one of the parents noticed I used Beth Ann. The parent told me that Beth Ann had been rude to her as well. When her family was looking for a home, Beth Ann looked up the credit score of the family (which only the bank should do to get the loan.) Beth Ann then made them feel terrible about what was on their credit report saying how she couldn't believe the things that were on it and she could not get them a loan. After going to another company, they were approved. I would never, EVER recommend Beth Ann to ANYONE.
