We had a great experience. We purchased a dishwasher from lowes and when they came to install it and unpacked it it had a very small dent in the door behind one of the packaging strips. They pointed it out and the wife agreed to not accept it. They arranged for a replacement unit. When they came out with the replacement unit again they inspected, perfect condition. The installer Duncan, even mentioned while he was setting up the new one that we could clean out where he had removed the old one. I was able to quickly caulk and clean prior to him being ready to install. He installed and tested everything then went through the instructions and warranty. Very nice, professional guy and he had the whole installation done quickly. Very nice job. it looks better than the old one that came with the house did, it was aligned and we are quite happy.
