the gentleman that runs this store is first class all the way. I live in San Antonio but whenever I am going to buy a new boost phone or anything I travel all the way to Seguin buy in this store. ONE he is the most knowledgeable person about everything on any phone in the store you pick up. TWO he is honest to the core about which phones he prefers and which have some elements he finds a bit low and which you also might find a concern about. He can refer you to reviews and or other websites to back up his opinions and help you FORM your OWN opinion as to what you need for the price. Speaking of PRICE. THREE: this gentleman does NOT add on NOT ever before heard of "processing and service fees and ::his time :: fees for anything he does ( unless he was to rebuild your phone which he sends out to qualified people so he has time to spend with his customers.Four: he has the cheapest prices on his phones in store compared to other stores (now I have not reviewed his phone case prices but at all other boost stores the phone cases are priced out of the park and at most other stores in SAN ANTONIO they have all these made up extra FAKE charges they simply add on. and for the activation fee some stores charge up to fifty dollars along with their time fee along with a processing fee. FIVE . this gentleman keeps his activation fees and all prices on his phones within the ballpark. YOU will not find the phones cheaper anywhere except maybe a clearance sale on AMO SON and they are always getting rid of last years models. for all of you that think black Friday is a great deal they are only doing clearance of last year's model's on all that black stuff. no . this guy will match any big box store on price . he says if it is the same model. I WILL price match. go to all the other stores first and then make your last stop in SEGUIN at this store. you will be glad you did you will not get some phone shoved down your throat in 30 minutes. this guy is nice.
