This is the worst sanitation service I have ever had. They don't pick up the trash when they are supposed to. They even tried to bill me for a previous 3 months a year later....which I had already paid. I cancelled my service after september...it is still September but they picked up everyone's garbage on the street except mine. Don't use them you will be sorry. I wanted to give them 0 stars but it wouldn't let me!

I received a flyer in the mail stating this company is "Prompt, Personal, and Professional". This is completely false. I have over 3 weeks of garbage piled up at my house. My account with them is current, but they suddenly removed my can and haven't picked up our trash for 3 weeks. I call every day and every day they make an excuse and promise to pick it up the next day. They never call to let me know they aren't going to make it, they just never show. My husband has to load all the bags into his pickup each evening, because wild animals will tear it up if left at the road overnight. He puts it back out for pickup in the morning, and then no call, no show...again...for THREE WEEKS. The owner/manager will not call me. I have never been able to speak to him. I am tired of their excuses, lies, and unprofessional practices. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

This place will not get another dime from me. Your guys don't pick up my extra trash can when needed and the accounting is less than desirable. They got out of the truck to put a note on my trash can saying they would not pick up because of non payment. This company's practices are a joke. There are many better companies to choose from and I'm shocked that a company with so much competition would do stupid stuff like this. I CHOSE this company and I regret it big time. On top of not picking up my trash when I have another can, they leave my street trashy. Ironically I only used the weekly service 2x a month so I'm thoroughly disgusted and will warn everyone I can find. This is how less than desirable employes negatively effect your business. I have completely canceled my service and have zero interest in trusting costal bend sanitation again. Having trash pile up like it has over the last month is truly disgusting and dangerous to my family's health.
