Busy office but has caring upbeat staff who hard to get your treatment plan underway as soon as possible.

Great listening and explaining of what was going on. Explained Possible solutions and treatments in a way I understood

I have seen more than one specialist. Dealing with this office was nothing less than amazing. The wait time was very reasonable. The doctor actually sat down and spoke with me and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed at any point. He went over all of my imaging tests. And most importantly, although he is a surgeon, he truly believes that surgery should be the last option. I highly recommend Dr Irvin Sahni and Spine Center of Texas.

Since starting to see Dr. Sahni and Dr. Nelson I have had incredible results in relieving my pain symptoms associated with spinal disease. My chronic neck pain and tension is gone and I no longer have daily headaches.

Compared to my past experiences Dr. Sahni aims to eliminate pain without surgery by seeking the root of an issue.

They were quick to get me in. Listened to my concerns and helped push insurance so that I could get what I needed as quickly as possible.

If your looking for a Dr. who cares, this is the Dr. very personable and very professional… he takes the time needed to evaluate his patients, which seems to be a thing of the past, but not here, here your more than a number….

Wonderful experience with Dr. Sahni and Dr. Nelson. No waiting for them to help relieve my pain. They both know exactly what to do to navigate me through my spinal fractures and nerve damage. They are always there for me! I’m so very grateful!
