Bad customer service! Im not even sure how this location is not out of business this is not the first time I've encountered THIS same problem at this store. Unwilling to help an its always the same person (David) that is never short of rude comments. He acts as if your a nuance if try to ask for help or if you want to buy something

I will take my business an money eles where an tell friends and family to avoid this location till he is no longer there.

Horible the man with red beard an chubby needs to be fired very unprofessional an rude said he could not sell me what I wanted to buy .. then very next day went back on hopes of him not being there an when I walked in he laughed an said turns out I can sell it an so I did . What a P

This place has the best prices in town, I went to the Cash America down the street, and their prices and customer service were horrible. I wanted to get some James Avery pieces for my family. The prices in that store are more expensive then at James Avery. So I remembered EZ Pawn down the street. The prices are good, the staff is friendly. That's my favorite Pawn shop in town. I'll come back again.

Bad customer service Walked in to the store today 3-4 employees all chatting away not once did any of them greet customers or offer to assist anyone.
