I drove over 45min to get to this appointment.

Even called saying I was lost and would be 5-10 min late

When I got there, 11min after my app, they said I was too late and needed to reschedule.

Again, drove 45 min just to get told sorry

I have worked in the dr office for years and would never treat our clients the way I was just treated!!!!

I walk in the door to check in and no one even acknowledges that I was there. They could'nt even do their job and call insurance for a patient (me) for my identification number because mine had not come in the mail yet. I even offered to do it for them. The office mananger says NO, not even being polite about it. This expierience just makes me greatful for where I work because we treat everyone with respect!!!!
