Staff could not give a straight answer as to what a cash pay office visit would cost. They inquired as to purpose of visit and I responded that I needed medication refills. The nurse automatically assumed I was looking for narcotics when in actuality I wished to have my thyroid medication refilled.

Then spoke with office manager and it became clear that they were more interested in getting paid and protecting their liability than patient care. This may sound harsh but I'm not certain I would refer Osama Bin Laden to this Doctor.
