Terrible customer service, unprofessional, and unsanitary! My friends and I got there around 8pm and paid for 3 games. After 20 minutes, and not even making it through half of a game, a huge bat started flying around, dipping next to us, as well as another group of people bowling beside us. The owner and another worker, two women, ran outside, yelling "what are we supposed to do?" I found this very unprofessional and upsetting as they left their customers inside, without any explanation or communicating what their solution was going to be. I went outside, and my friends soon followed.

I then called the next day to see if we could come by and play the other two and a half games we paid for, but didn't get to play. The owner answered and when I asked to speak with a manager, she said you can talk to me, very unprofessional again. Usually, an owner will respond by saying they are the owner and ask what they can help with. I asked her if she was one of the ladies that was there the night before and she said yes, still not mentioning that she was the owner. I told her who I was and she remembered me and my friends. She said she was not willing to let us make up the games, or give us a refund. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak with, she kept repeating "all sales are final" and then stated she was the owner, constantly interrupting me. She also told me that I should have stayed and kept on bowling while the bat was flying around, because other people stayed and they were fine. I was shocked but maintained my composure on the phone with her. Needless to say I will not come back here ever again, or recommend for anyone else to.

Such a shame, considering they just opened and are a family run business.
