My bathtub was getting clogged so I put in a work order to have it fixed and the same day I put in my work order in Miguel came by to fix it! Since he's been on the property, he's been super helpful, quick and super sweet! He is very much appreciated here and I love that he makes the effort to get things done in a timely manner.

I’m moving out due to financial reasons, but I couldn’t have chosen a better place to live at throughout my time here all my requests were taken care of in less then 24 hours they made my first time renting so easy and definitely still would recommend I had such an amazing experience! It’s nice and clean they really do a good job doing a thorough cleaning before you move in! A lot of the fixtures are also updated!

Gigi is so awesome! Wish more leasing agents were like her! She's friendly and very professional. I'd definitely recommend her.

Maintenance did very well! Very pleased with the work from start to finish. Repairs were taken care of promptly.

I worked with Erica from Graf. Even though I ended up renting from another company, they were quick to respond after my application was processed. And kept me in the loop the whole time. For those curious why I did not rent from them, at the time they didn't have what I was looking for/or what was in my price point. But they were my first go to, because I have rented from them in the past and have always had a great experience working with them.

I have rented my place for 9 years and the staff in Selah has always been a wonderful from the office all the way down to the maintenance crew. I want the maintenance crew to know that I really appreciate things being done in a timely manner and they are always polite.
I would like to thank everybody in the office over the years for getting back to me in a timely manner and always answering my questions I have for them.
I would recommend Graf investment to anyone that is renting.
I would like everyone to know that I appreciate all that you do throughout the year.

Graf investments is a wonderful company to work work when looking for an apartment. I worked mostly work the Ellensburg team, but when one was on vacation and employee from Yakima did come over to help and was very nice in showing us a possibility we were thinking of. And then when we worked with a member of the Ellensburg team, she had excellent communication, was flexible, and took the time to answer all of our questions. While the place we looked at was not the perfect fit for us, I would gladly work with this company again!
