Provided by YP.comMy wife had a lift done on her truck and they put the wrong style in so that the parking brake now rubs and causes damage to the tires. We take it back they put zip ties on as a way to fix it. Let us know that they were suppose to put on another kit to fix the problem that was created by the wrong lift kit. We have called many times and they keep telling us that they are working on it . All they are doing is trying to wait for the warranty to wear out so that they have no more liability on the truck. Now they want to try and sell us new tires so that they don't have to cover the 4000 dollar lift kit that they messed up on. Will never go back and warning to everyone they are a corrupt and bad company wanting to take advantage of people. don't do business with them . There are lots of other companies that are reputable and cheaper to do the job.

Provided by YP.comMy service was prompt and friendly, but LesSchwab charged me over $50 to break my VW specialty lug nuts and then sell me replacement specialty lug nuts along with a specialty tool in order to remove them in the future. Unfortunately, now I am unable to change my own tires in combination with their specialty equipment and my cars factory roadside emergency tools. In my opinion any tire service business should have all lug nut fittings instead of charging customers to break theirs and give no other option than another specialty lug nut. Its not as if this idea is far fetched, they do specialize in tires after all. In the end, problem not solved, but I was charged anyways. As for alignment, they quoted me over $500 to fix what cost me $50 elsewhere, no parts; just a misaligned front tire toe. Lastly, they allowed me to leave their business after payment with one of five lug nuts missing from my front passenger tire as I was driving through town and on my way to Montana with my four year old son. In all I was charges almost $200 to remove one set of snow tires from a set of rims to car and quoted over $500 in Parts and labor for what took literally 10 minutes, two wrenches, and a lift in order to fix. Car drives like a dream now. Very lamme experience and I am justifiably unsatisfied. Before I go, oldbarnwood's review posted below is more than likely a fake as it doesn't mention any type of experience he might have had.

Provided by YPmobileCame in for an alignment, figured if I show up in the morning I'd be able to get in. Arrived at 10:35am. It is now 2:14pm, they still have yet to even acknowledge my rig. Yet every person that has arrived has been helped. Unsatisfied beyond belief!!! Not happy one bit!
