Anytime i have gone in it has been terrible service, gross food, the tables are always dirty, and discusting bathrooms. I am very disappointed in the whole resturant. Mc donalds is held to high standards. To be a place for family's and kids. Children shouldnt be in this resturant. What i saw was an all around bad store. My experience going in was rude managers. The managers would be screaming and yelling at everyone, then turn around at you with a "i hate my job" look... and ask you what you wanted; while also STILL yelling around to others. When i got my order, it was missing a large fry, and a mc chicken. Also, the food wasnt even hot, and tasted like it had been sitting on the self for hours!

I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND GOING TO THIS MC DONALDS!

every time I stop in, which has become infrequent, the food, no matter what I order is luke warm to cold, the fries are usually dry and stale. I've even had stale burger buns and cold "hot" apple pies. The location in Yakima, only a few miles away, isn't much better. I'd really like to find the food hot and fresh when I choose any location at any time of day or night!
