i was shocked when I picked up my puppy after her grooming with Cathy despite detailed discussion about how it was to be done. I quietly paid the bill but after thinking about it overnight I called to discuss what happened. Her answer was “hair grows back “ and when I said that wasn’t the point she told me to “drop dead ‘. Nice customer service!!
