Needed pants tailored, it was Thursday. They said drop it off asap and it will be done Saturday morning. The item came out perfectly, the price was good ($15), and the timing was perfect as well! Picked it up at 11am and it was done! The other review made me worry, but some people can be Karens.

Brought a suit for a wedding in on Monday to have alterations. They said it would be done Thursday by 4. I go to pick it up on Friday at 4 and they tell me the tailor never showed up and it's not done yet, I have to wait another day. Thank god the wedding is Sunday. I asked if they were going to give me a discount now and they said no because it's not their fault, it's the tailor's fault. Unbelievable.
