This is the worst Arbys. The staff is lacking and the food is horrible. I ran by and grabbed food after a 6 hour drive not wanting to have to cook. Wish i had just cooked. My sandwich was not edible and I had to throw it away. The staff threw the food out the window without giving me a chance to ask for Arby sauce. The bread was not the correct bread for the sandwich. I could have overlooked that if the food was edible. It was not. The sliced meat was hard. How does sliced roast become rock hard? Probably, because they have been reheating the same meat for weeks. The health inspector should give them a surprise visit. I can only imagine the disgusting state of the kitchen. Perhaps it is time for new management. They should have an option for disgusted instead of disappointing.
