The staff is always right on top of things from the moment you pull up to the door. Courteous and professional. Gene is my service consultant and always explains issues thoroughly and answers any questions.
I went in for service with the idea of "maybe" buying a new car. I now have a new RAV4. Kenndal and Brian were great. No "high pressure" sales. Very thorough in answering my questions and asking me what I wanted/needed in a new vehicle. Brought up and explained things that I'd never thought of. I've been dealing with Aubrey Alexander for 15 years now and wouldn't dream of going any place else.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating, we had an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend Aubrey Alexander Toyota to family and friends.
