During my pedicure the technician was very rough and rushed through it... it was over in about 15 mins and wasn't relaxing at all. I've never had a pedicure for anything less than 30 mins. I had no time to relax and she got some paint around the skin of my toes and never cleaned it up. The same went for my manicure... very rushed and massaged my hand/arm for all of 10-20 seconds. I will never go back to this salon!!

When I first started going there, the service was absolutely remarkable and I felt like I was at home with my family! So nice and easy to talk to, but when I went there today, the lady who did my nails was so rude and too rough with my hands and fingers. She said I hurt her head cause I talked to much but I couldn't understand what she was saying! She gave me attitude also and ignored me. Never will I go there again, and she didn't get a tip either.

Terrible service and techs lie to get more customers. I was offered deals and then told it never happen. My nails lifted within one week and the gel polish came off within one and a half weeks. improper application and rushed jobs.

As a salon owner myself, one of the first things I check at nail salons is the sanitation of equipment. After every pedicure the chairs are thoroughly cleaned and the services are wonderful.
