Provided by SuperpagesWhat are banks for? I went to National Penn Bank in Sellersville to break a $20 bill and you would think I was trying to pull a fast one over on them. They said I had to have an account - They said they would do this one time and not again? What?!? They asked my name, etc. Please tell me when banks stopped accepting our change to count and now have decided they cannot break large bills? Why do we need them. Do not go to this unfriendly bank.
