I so appreciate and love the church where I first learned about Christ Jesus. It is where I learned my first bible verses: Psalm 23, Psalm 100 and The Lord's Prayer. I lalso learned how to fast, pray and believe in Christ Jesus. I believe I even learned about dreaming there. The Lord took my simple dreams and He blessed me in ways unimaginable to my small way of thinking. Isn't that just like Him?! For that I am so thankful to God and the work He has done in me. Praise the Lord and bless His holy name!



The Lord kept me back then and He still keeps me now over 50 years later. God is great and greatly to be praised! Although I no longer live in Selma AL, I will always keep Plant Street and its congregation in my heart and prayers.
