Provided by YP.comMason was awesome. He helped us figure out what soundbar and subwoofer was right for our size living room. He demonstrated the difference between the two and took the time to explain pros and cons, even though it was towards the end of the day on Black Friday. You can tell that Mason is very knowledgeable and passionate about the equipment he works with.

Provided by YPmobileI found out that Best Buy’s return policy is worse that of some small, fly by night kiosks. I have never before purchased at a retail chain that had a two week return policy. They should really avoid selling shoddy merchandise, if the do not offer a descent return policy. Buyer be ware.

Provided by YP.comIt is appalling and astonishing that at the Best Buy in Selma Tx.78154. That this store never answers their phone calls. I have worked customer retail and I can speak to this from experience. For this behavior to occur it must be an acceptable form of behavior. Endorsed by the District, Regional and Store Managers.
I called the 800 - BEST - BUY number also known as the 800 - FAILUE TO PERFORM number and was bounced around from so many people it was ridiculous. Mind you approximate wait time is forever.
An IQ somewhere between Imbecile and Idiot is required to believe that there is only one phone number into the store.
It should be noted that to be a member of the store you have to take a test that Best Buy devised. It is called the “Career Aptitude Normalizing Test” or CANT for short.
As in CANT pick up the phone. CANT posses a positive work ethic. CANT take pride in your job
CANT have personal pride in the job your perform.

Provided by YP.comYour store sucks at answering the phone. I needed to check on my laptop and noone would answer the phone for hours! Bad customer service! I will never go to Best Buy again.And I will tell all my friends and family never to go there either.
