This was the absolute worst eatery I have been in -in Tennessee!!. It was dirty, tables were littered with food & debris- a cockroach was just walking along the table. There was 1 other table that was occupied in the entire place and it took 15+ mins just to get recognized!! Granted it was about midnight-but there were 2 employees on duty-which they were more interested in their lives than customers. Once we did order- I watched as the cook went thru a stack of "clean" dishes trying to find 2 that were not dirty to put our food on. The food of course did not look like pictures-but by this time I didnt much care. As soon as we got our food-the 2 employees went out side to smoke -leaving us alone in the diner. (yes the other people had left shortly after we arrived) To top off this disgusting episode-there was a hand made paper sign with a can-saying the cook needs tips too.. I will never go back-and I do not know why Huddle House corp. dosent step in as this sets a bad image for all their franchises!! HIGHLY Disgusted!!!
