Horrible customer service and quality. This place deserves negative stars!



I took my wedding dress to Hanson Cleaners and sadly it was not cleaned at all. All the original stains were still on the dress. I wish I could post a few pictures of the final results so that the Yelp community could see it. It's almost as though he did not even clean it.



When my husband brought the dress home, I called Hansen Cleaners and left a message to speak about the dress. I was not called back, so two days later I went into the cleaners and the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. He even mocked me by asking me, "what do you plan to do with the dress anyway, wear it again?" As if it's any of his business! His job was to clean the dress, which he failed to do. He refused to refund the $85 that he charged us, saying that we got it for cheap. I honestly would have paid three times the amount to get it done right...and if it wasn't possible, to be told the information. I feel completely ripped off and mistreated.



I hope others see this review and save themselves the headache.
