I have been going here for years. I would have to give them a 3/5 because Annie is very good, the prices are great and they will stay late. I don't like that the salon is not clean as I would like, they are so busy that sometimes clients hair is left there on the floor...EW. I also don't like that sometimes they jump around from client to client during your service.

My grandma gets her hair cut here because it's $5 and sometimes when I'm down here visiting I will bring my son in for a cut. Never in my life have I experienced such rude customer service. It isn't even worth $5. They don't acknowledge you what so ever and let you wait for over an hour. They do not inform you if there is a wait or how long it will be. People walk out and they don't even apologize for the wait let alone acknowledge that you are leaving. I do not understand why anyone would come here other than the price. I would say you get what you pay for but you don't even get that here.

THIS IS THE BEAT HAIR SALON IN PINELLAS COUNTY THEY ARE ALL VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO AND THERE PRICES ARE THE BEST AROUND THE AREA VERY NICE FRIENDLY WORKERS IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO THEM GO KNOW YOU BE SURPRIZED
