This company damaged two of my brand-new, never-worn blazers. They were covered in piling and broken threads all over the garments making them unpresentable. I complained and the owner supposedly worked on repairing the damage but wasn't able to. I requested compensation for the items as I had to purchase replacements for my upcoming business trip. They categorically refused to offer any resolution. They firmly insist damage to my items is normal practice with their dry cleaning service. I took the issue up with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and they didn't even bother responding.

TLDR: Don't expect any resolution if they damage your items. Customers beware, they don't care about your belongings and there is zero customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!
