Would recommend to anyone who has a aversion to the Dentist. They really made me feel comfortable. Dr. explained what was needed and even had a camera to show me! High tech, my crown was made right in office on the same day!

The Best Experience! Dr. Is precise and staff is top notch! Explained what I needed given a options and treatment plan prior to work so no surprises after the fact. Even helped with finances. Little to no waiting, they value my time.

Lori J was dismissed from my office more than a year ago for inappropriate behavior to a staff member...we wish her the best.

Beware: I am living a dental nightmare because of this dentist. I need 8 surgeries to fix what he did to my mouth. He charges one amount and if you over pay, he adds charges on to take your money. Beware, I hated dentists and I trusted this man for 10 years and in the end I have no teeth up top. I am living a nightmare with 5 implants that hurt and 3 capped and no money to correct what he did. He took all our money, did a procedure he was not able to complete, broke another woman's implant out and wanted to risk breaking mine out. I am now 1 year out from the last time he touched my mouth, broke and in pain every day. Living a dental nightmare because of Dr. Bill who allowed his staff to mistreat me and ruined my mouth for life. I now am on xanax and have tons of anxiety living in hell in this temporary denture with no end in site because he over charged us and ruined my life. I can't eat and I weigh 100 pounds and looking at intervenes nutrition to help me. This is all his fault, this dentist is ruining my life, not to mention my body. I lost 65 pounds and am struggling to survive. I am in pain every day and have no money, every dentist I have seen since cannot put teeth in with out adding 5 more implants. I cry every day and this dentist is horrible, do not trust him. I will never be the same and I am only 45 years old. He could have fixed my bridges instead of taking on a project he never did before. I was his first full set of implants on the top. He messed me up learning and robbed me of money. See him at your own risk.

Dr Kinzler is amazing and extremely gentle.We was in Florida on vacation,my husband had a broken tooth and lots of pain.I called them at 10am they had my husband in the office by 12;30.The office staff goes above and beyond and are very friendly.The tooth extraction went very well and my husband had no pain after the numbing was gone!The doc was so great he even came out to the waiting room to talk to me twice.If we was living in Florida he would be my all time dentist........you cant go wrong with him!! If I was allowed he would have 10 plus stars.The best dentist we have ever dealt with in all our 50+ years!!!!!!
