Called and made an appointment they came out and sprayed and charged us $50 and said I believe we got the problem solved but if you see anything in a week we will come out and spray again for free the man was very nice. We was still seeing the Roches so they came out and put some kind of powder down and so that didn't work so we have called and left messages and they never called back and then they picked up the phone one day and told us to give it another week. So we have and the problem is still there. They water there spray down I have seen them do it my self BC they asked to have some to fill up there bottle before they started. Never again

Beware!! We were selling our house. The house passed his termite inspection but then he lied to the prospective buyer about our newly installed ceramic floor tile. Did not know what he was talking about when he said the tile was installed on only thin plywood. We saw the contractor install the tile on the backer board and the heat and air people had trouble cutting through the floor when they installed the CH&A due to the HardieBacker board under the tile. The backer board is easily seen when you take out a floor vent. His untruths and lack of knowledge caused the buyer to back out of our contract. Beware!!

Called them to come spray our house. They charged $100 and then said they would come back in two weeks to spray again. We called them, they scheduled us, and never came back. We called repeatedly and they always have some other excuse of why they have not shown up. We paid that much money and they didn't even solve the problem they just made it worse and took the money. They are indeed scammers!! Be Forewarned!!!
