I've tried this place a couple times and each time I was disappointed. Most recently was the other day. I walked in and placed my order with what appeared to be a mentally retarded employee, proudly adorned with one of the little paper pirate hats available for children at all Long John Silvers restaurants. She was rude and stupid. I sat down after getting my beverage to wait on my food. After about 23 minutes of sitting there (I timed it), I was still waiting on my hamburger. I looked around and saw only one other patron in the restaurant and no patrons in the drive-thru que. Then pirate hat emerges from the kitchen with a tray of food. Great I thought! She is going to bring me my hamburger and fries! But no, she had just prepared herself a little snack. I walked up to the counter to request a refund only to find that nobody was working. The morbidly obese cook who I had seen in the kitchen earlier had disappeared somewhere. Finally was able to get pirate hat woman to issue me a refund and I left upset. Horrible.
