I went to this groomer because it is closer to my house than the one I normally go to. I was hoping to love this place. When I got there, the girl at the desk was nice. They got my dog back to me in a timely manner. However, when I went to get him, I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. The groomer was pulling on a dog and being rather violent towards the cocker spaniel. The back door was open so any dog could have easily run out. The dogs were stacked in car traveling crates and not proper holding facilities. The crates were too small for all the animals. One dog had his head bent over in order to fit.
Now for the poor grooming, my dogs nails were clipped WAY too short on every single nail as was his cut. The nails were cut past the quick. The groomer let my dog out of the crate and had to chase him down and tried to pull him to her. She was very rude to me and to my dog. Last but not least, my dog came home with fleas. One of the worst grooming experiences I've ever had. Needless to say, I will never go back.

These guys are great. They fit me in the day I called, so pleasant to deal with. My dog was in desperate need of grooming and when I picked her up she looked and smelled amazing! You can tell the staff takes great pride in what they do! We will definitely be lifetime clients.

Great service, even though I could tell they were busy when I called they were so nice on the phone and fit me in for the very next day. My little Bella never smelled so good and she even has a nice new bow to prance around in at home. I will defiantly go back.

Service was poor and dog was injured. Hope they fix their problem.

I have tried many groomers these are the best ! The know the proper cut fir the breed use quality products and truly love dogs. Also they are consistent while done are ok at first then act as there's no other choice fir the customer .
