I have been to this groomer many times whenever I am in town visiting family. I always had my dog's hair short, but decided that I would let it grow out a little. It has been about 4 months of my other grooming doing it and she always looked so beautiful. So I walk in. A little teenage boy walks up, gives me a blank stare, says NOTHING. So I proceed to tell him what I want. I really should have followed my instincts. They did nothing to my dog. The hair around her paws were not trimmed. Her nails were not trimmed. Her ears were not plucked. They did do one thing: cut her facial hair low in all the wrong places. I paid and walked out. It took them over 5 hrs. I will never go back there.



Another thing: The place smells so bad. I got back in the car and had two fleas on my shirt. My dog is on flea preventatives. This place is disgusting.
