Called twice and the owner said they were coming on both days. Just looked online and it says permanently closed. Instead of the owners letting me know up front. Two days waisted.

Septic tank backed up this morning and we needed it pumped today. After much searching, found West Septic Tanks willing to come by today. They not only arrived early, they also cleared a clog for us. Their price was also the lowest of all I contacted and the only other vendor available today charged a $100 extra for weekend service. Great price and great service!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I recently bought a house and had the septic tank inspected. Unfortunately, West was the only septic service available. Had I known then what I know now, I would’ve just forgone the inspection and crossed my fingers. When the “technicians” got to the house, the normal height chain link fence was locked. Instead of climbing over the fence, they took it apart. Mind you, I’m 36 years old and easily climbed the fence. These guys were mid to late 20s! After that, it took them forever to even locate the tank. Once they did, they dug a small hole in the ground and proclaimed that the tank and field lines were fine?! I ended up paying $200 for that?! No to mention, when they left, they didn’t bother to fill the hole back in or put the fence back together. I had to stop them from leaving to have them re-assemble the fence!

Now, here’s where it gets crazy. The realtor/seller of the home told the owner, Donna West, they would pay them the $200 fee, but West insisted I give them a check and they would hold onto it until they received the seller’s check. Wanna guess what Donna West did? She cashed my check the very next day. I contacted Donna West almost daily for the next month about getting my money back as the realtor gave me a check made out to West. She kept stringing me along, give me excuse after excuse. She’d say she’d meet with me one day, then promptly cancel. She stated that she would mail me a check and I could mail her a check. Never happened. She gave me her husband’s number to call him. It wasn’t even his number. This company is run be liars and idiots. Oh and don’t try to find them because the address listed in Google (2437 Schillinger Rd N, Semmes, AL 36575) doesn’t exist. I know because I tried to go there to confront this crazy liar face to face.

Do not use this company!!!
They were hired to "perform an inspection" prior to purchasing our home. There were no flags placed, the ground was not disturbed, and therefore it left us guessing whether they did anything at all besides take our money.
MULTIPLE calls to them to find a resolution and empty promises from them have left us more than displeased. If there is ANY OTHER company to use, please call them!!

Called at 8am confirmed to come before 11am... called at 12, 2, & 3pm and finally at 4:40pm driver called and confirmed running behind but promises he is coming. 6:30pm driver calls and says cant make it drive shaft went out! REALLY! A whole day WASTED! Sorry COMPANY who don't value a customer! Steer Clear of these losers!!!

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. AGREED TO HOLD CHECK UNTIL JUNE 3, IN THE MIDDLE OF MAY. TURNED CHECK INTO BANK AND CAUSED ME OVERDRAWN TWO DAYS AFTER CHECK GIVEN AND WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER PHONE.AFTER TRYING TWO WEEKS TO GET THE $57.OO BACK, WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT, AND SAID THEY DON'T LIKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE ME.......ALTHOUGH THEY GOT PAID THEIR MONEY!! I'M 62, ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY, AND HAVE A MENTALLY ILL HUSBAND, "PEOPLE LIKE ME" ??????? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

never showed up after equipment was rented and materials bought. Then wouldn't answer or return any calls.
