I've never experienced such lack of customet service and decent common courtesy from a business in my life. JWA has had my case for over a year and a half and I've only spoken to him twice. Every other time it's been a no-call after repeated messages. I'm either put on hold or my answers are given with complete rudeness and disregard for my questions. Experienced this twice today from an associate named Margie. Hopefully the next person I speak to will show some decency and respect.
