If I could give zero stars I would. As a first time car buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and they took advantage of every second of it. Not only did they sell me a vehicle with a hidden history but they also failed to own up to problems with the vehicle and charged me to fix them. I had to have the horn replaced twice, the battery replaced, tire pressure sensor replaced, my engine over heated causing me to need a new head gasket and water pump. Heat needed fixed, air conditioner needed fixed. Evidence of previous wreck that wasn't in car-fax. New noises and odd smells every day. Mind you this is a 2013 car, 3 years old at the purchase time. You would think a newer car wouldn't have this many issues. Hopefully posting this review gives someone a heads up to not make the same mistake I did. P.s Mine is not the only horror story

Have never had any problems with auto divide. They are very easy to get along with. Very easy to work with as long as you stay in contact with them and don't lie to them.. Every single vehicle I've owned has been through them except two and I will keep going back to them.

If you need good customer service, someone to keep promises and a reliable vehicle, keep looking. This company can not stop lying or changing arrangements. Don't bother talking to anyone else but Ken (if you can get him on the phone as he won't return any calls) because anything you're told by any other employee won't be followed through with and will be changed by Ken. I truly feel bad for Holly who has everything she says changed and manipulated. Find another job Holly, this one isn't doing you any good. I would caution anyone that has considered Auto Divide as a company to do business with give it a second thought. Believe me when I say, some of the bad reviews on their facebook page seemed like people that were butt hurt because something didn't go their way. After we purchased the first vehicle that was my thought but once they have you signed on the dotted line, it's truly all down hill from there. Do you guys even care about your reputation? It would seem not.
