Our heat went out on Thursday night, they came out Friday morning and looked at it. Determined it to be the blower motor module in our Heil gas pack. Gabe said the part had to come straight from the manufacturer to be covered under warranty and wouldn’t be in until Wednesday. This seemed suspicious to me so I called the wholesaler (which is less than 2 miles down the road from the house) and low and behold they had the part we needed in stock. I then called Triangle Services and they got here at 5pm on a Friday with the correct part. We had heat by 5:45pm. Dishonest, I would not recommend David’s for any services.

Gabe gave me a quote of “between $650.-700.” to replace my heating motor. He repeated three times “It won’t be over $700.” Gabe also said that the house visit was included in the job quote. My bill was $765. It was itimizied and David’s Heating and Air charged me for the house visit. Get your quote from them in writing. Also, this replaced heating motor is blowing cold air and I have contacted another heating and air company to fix it.

These are really good folks at David's HVAC and they are very fair and reasonable for maintenance, repair and installation. With their service program you don't have to worry about your system not being in top condition and with the low monthly payment you don't have to be concerned about a lump sum payment at the time of service. We had them install both central AC and gas heating in a home built in 1933 and they were prompt, professional and friendly and did the work in a timely fashion. I think these guys are the greatest!
