The office and doctor will not return my insurance companies call for confirmation on a prior approval for my medication. Doctors office told me they are to short staffed to call insurance company (3 minute call). Told me I have two options: pay out of pocket ($500. a month) or get a new doctor. I don't need an unprofessional physician office like this, so 3 months later I'm without my medication and looking for a new doctor. I highly advise anyone looking for a new doctor keep on looking.
