I've relied on Patsy's excellent judgement and creative artistry for 4 years ... custom arrangements, both with cut flowers and high quality silk flowers. She's the best for roses ... hers are always fresh and last much longer than roses from other businesses. I'm delighted to have found her new location for 2018, at 600 North Townville Street, Seneca.

I ordered a plant for Valentine's Day. Paid a pretty penny for it, and had the delivery for the day before V-Day. I called around 5:30pm on the delivery day because it still hasn't been delivered. The staff members were rude and made it seem like I was a bother, not a customer. They clearly either forgot about my order or were planning to scam me and never deliver. So they actually did deliver, except it was 10pm on the delivery date and WAS NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED. Instead of beautiful African violets as I ordered, a shoddy, dreadful, sad looking piece of garbage flower arrangement with essentially 5 stems and a handful of green leaves was dropped off at the recipient's door. How embarrassing. It looks like something a five year old put together and it isn't even close to what I ordered. Did they think I wouldn't find out?! Not even a courtesy call to alert me that they didn't have the item I ordered. Nothing. I tried to do the right thing by ordering from a local business instead of a "1800" flower company and sadly, this is what happened. It's no wonder small businesses are suffering. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They deserve a negative rating for their customer service and business practices.
