I do a lot of thrift shopping and this store is a step above a lot. The store employees were helpful and engaging with customers. The store is well organized and clean. You can get around the store without knocking everything over. The prices are GREAT for a thrift store. The manager knows how to make people feel welcomed and glad they shopped there. Keep up the good work!!!

I have been familiar wirh Salvation Army ministries all my live! I have many family members that have been with them for years! They helped me when I was a single mom and helped my husband when he was growing up! I cannot see anyone saying they are any less! I eel they are one of the best ministries to help so many people!

I would expect kinder demeanor from the staff of a Salvation Army store or any charitable organization. Whelp, Theresa Moore is certainly the exception to that rule and she has no business managing any type of store, let alone a Salvation Army store. I have made my last donation to the Salvation Army as a result. I typically donate anywhere from 10 - 15 garbage bags full of clothing per year as well as furniture and household goods. My wife also purchases quite a bit of furniture from thrift type stores (including up until now the Salvation Army store in Seneca, SC) for re-purposing and resale. There are just too many wanting and deserving charities out there to ever go back to the Salvation army again . . . Note to the Salvation Army organization: If you have any hopes of keeping your Seneca, SC store running and not turning away others entirely from the Salvation Army, please replace your manager - THERESA MOORE.
