called Laura in the morning after tramping on my prescription reading glasses and bending them slightly and knocked the lens out. She was very polite and helpful and told me to bring them in so she could look at them and she would try to fix them. I told her that they were not purchased there and she said that was not an issue. I went that afternoon and in about 5 minutes she had them fixed. She had to restring the nylon lens holder and replaced the nose pieces while she had them. I was soooo thankful to have them back and remember I didn't purchase them there. I asked How much and she said NOTHING!!!! Can you believe it? I was shocked and asked her several times if she was sure and she insisted. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

OUTSTANING, personal and professional service. Laura will always do whatever it takes to make the customeer satisfied. Love this place. Highly recommended.
