After being convinced that they would do a better job than anybody else in town, I took my car to them to have the windows tinted. Was unhappy with the darkness of my tint and made the owner aware of this and asked what the process would be to have it darker, got told that I would be charged nearly full price (only discounted the removal cost, not labor or anything else) for them to fix it. Nice work but extremely poor customer service. Wish I would have taken my business somewhere else.
