I would recommend Senoia Animal Hospital for anyone looking for a great vet, Dr. Jill and a friendly staff that care about your pets. When you walk into Senoia Animal Hospital you are greeted by a very friendly staff, the clinic is very clean and orderly. Then you meet Dr. Jill, you can tell from the moment you meet Dr. Jill that she is an animal lover and she goes the extra mile to answer any question or concerns you may have. I have a dog that has had some serious issues and Dr. Jill has gone out of her way to help us with all our questions, concerns and anxiety. Dr. Jill is one of the most caring vets you will find. She does not claim to have all the answers but will find them for you. I am so glad to have a vet that does not try to push medication or unneeded surgery on my puppy she finds root cause of the issues your puppy is having. I truly believe that is what makes Dr. Jill a great vet!
They also have an awesome trainer named Ryan he has helped us with our puppy’s behavior issues. I am extremely happy with their care and service… I would recommend Senoia Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a great Vet with a loving and friendly staff!

My dog had a minor cut on his foot. It was nearly $200 to get a simple bandage put on with some antibiotics. They spent about 10 minutes total with the dog. They fee you to death. There first proposal was over $700! That was to get the dog up to date on all shots and clean his teeth. Non scheduled visit is $60 and anything they do is on top of that! I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before going to this vet.

Wish I had read these reviews first. They charged more than double for the same service I got at a Vet in Fayetteville. Wait time for appointment was horrible. Very unprofessional staff from the receptionist to the Doctors. Will never go back.

My pet became very ill while boarding in Gay, Ga. My dog was taken to this clinic. I was out of the state and it was during the weekend. Communication during the weekend was very good and my dog received good care. When I arrived to pick him up on Monday I only spoke with a vet tech, who was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was not given the opportunity to speak with a doc, and then I was hit with a $990 bill for a 48 hour stay for vomiting and diarrhea. I love my dog, don't mind paying, but with that bill I would expect to speak with the Vet. Very unprofessional.

Get a loan before going here. Hidden charges, they wait until you book an overnight stay for your pet at $30 a night, then when show up to drop them off you have to give them to ok to give your pet all if these drugs other than normal shots. $30 turned into $60. There is nothing you can do except to cancel your trip or pay the $$$. I live less than 2 miles from the office and I will now drive over 30 miles to board my dogs. Stay away from this money begging group of people The BBB needs to get involved

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! Have had previous bad experiences here and the last one will be the last time I ever step foot in there again... Have always had issues with them quoting one price and some how they "just had to do something more" and the price goes way up by the time you pick your pet up.. The last time I took my dog in for a checkup and shots and she had a bump on her hip. The vet stuck a needle in her and examined it under the microscope and told me he thought she was fine but wanted Jill ( the owner and the vet) to look at it and they would call me. So they call me and tell me she needs to have it removed so they can send it off to have it tested for cancer... I schedule it and get an estimate of approx 350 if i dont want it sent off to make sure or 425ish to have it sent off.. UMMM of course I want to know if she has cancer.. So I take her the morning of surgery and PAM ask me several times if I want it sent off.. YESSSS I do and signed the consent form.. Leave my 3lb poodle there and come back to a 700 dollar bill because I asked to have her teeth cleaned.. She previously had her teeth cleaned there and the biggest part of the cost was her being sedated,, Hello she is already sedated because you are removing a cyst.. OVERCHARGED!!!!! Long story short.. It had been atleast a month and I hear nothing of any results.. I call them and they tell me they ever sent it off... WHAT???? you cut my baby up and dont even have it checked.. She then tells me the vet put it under a microscope and feels it is benign.... HUH!!!!!! how do you tell that from a microscope and you already did that the previous week and said she had to have the surgery to remove it to have it checked... SMH!! They come up with bogus charges and have could care less when you complain.. So needless to say my dog at 3lbs was put under to make sure she has no cancer and I still have no valid answer 700 dollars later... I wouldnt take an ant here EVER!!! They dont even deserve one star but you have to check atleast one for this to post.. Anita R Dalton

The service and care here is great. They have always been nice and attentive with us and our animals, however, the quality of service has been trumped by the cost of the care. I favor over-communication and have left baffled by the extra costs for services the Vet performs without prior approval and I am dumbfounded by my bill when it's time to pay! Both times my dogs were being seen for regular check-ups and vaccinations and I was never made aware that all of the services being spontaneously performed would be extra. Even when on the second visit I wanted to be clear on the fees, I left with a $450.00 bill, when I was told it would be $75.00 to $100.00 per animal (I have two dogs) for what I wanted. Also, when I purchased flea medication, they were out of the pill for 25 lbs and under so they charged me double for the same pill they gave me for the larger dog because they said I would be cutting it in half and making two doses from it. It's still the same dang pill I paid half the price for to use as one dose on the bigger dog! Did not make sense to me! Will not ever go back!

If there were a no star rating...

If there were a no star rating I would use it. This place is awful....it is indeed all about the money!! They charge a tech exam fee of $17 and thier technician Randi according to the state vet board is not even certified. There are hidden charges and fees....... everywhere. My dog was stressed by being there, and running a fever because of the stress and they offered to keep her a few hours and then recheck her temp to see if she could get her influenza booster shot, I go to get her and there is a hospital admission fee of $14- her booster cost $67!!! ( that also includes thier biohazard fee of almost $10) I have had my dog in there three times and have yet to meet a vet, makes me wonder if there really is a licensed vet!!?? According to the Georgia licensing board there is no record of a Jill Phillips as a licensed veterinarian. Although according to GVMA, the practice is owned by a Sandra Phillips....whoever that is. Way too many hidden charges & practices at this place!!!!

Nightmare for cats

It seems everytime I took a cat to Senoia Animal Hospital they end up worse off. Staff is uncaring and unpersonal. Seems to be all about the money. I also wish vets could offer more natural alternatives instead of pushing drugs and shots, but I know thats where the money comes from.
