On the 27thof Jan. I went in for a cleaning and check-up. The cleaning job was half-ass and I was informed about some gum issues. Okay fine. So I go to pay for their service, they gave me the total price $240) since payment was due at the end of the services and I paid it all in full out of pocket since I have no insurance. A month later I get a bill from them wanting another $78! Why wasn't this figured in at the time I was there? That was my first and last time I deal with them! I should of went to my dentist in Canada!

Dr. Pocock rocks!!! I had been reluctant to seek dental care locally as I had another discount plan that was not honored in Washington but a severe toothache persuaded me otherwise. I had been to Dr. Brock on one prior occasion and had been happy with him but was amazed by the care and professionalism of Dr. Pocock, who recently bought the practice. I had two difficult problems and he resolved them both spending 2 to 3 hours on separate visits taking time to do a thorough job in both cases. They scheduled me on short notice with no waiting. He never seemed rushed, was gentle and easy going, taking the time to explain things throughout the procedures. He even took the time to call me in the evening after both procedures to check on how I was doing.The best part: his fees were very reasonable and he even jokingly offered me candy so I would return for more work:) If you need any dental care this guy is worth checking out!!!

Dr. Brock is a caring man that will make you feel very comfortable. He has a gentle touch and a warm smile. I know there are many dental offices to choose from but this office is fantastic. Don't hesitate to trust in the care of Dr. Brock.
